I absolutely love this elbow grip pose you get into through superman! in the video I saw of it originally she came out of it by reaching her outside and then inside arm back to the pole and doing a cup grip shoulder mount which was a really nice exit but I don't have enough back arch to reach the pole from this position but since I was low I was able to just step out it lol!
