The all-new 2020 Porsche Taycan is the brand's first all-electric vehicle. It was given its worldwide reveal in Toronto, Canada on September 4, 2019.
With the Taycan, Porsche is jumping into the Volkswagen Group's Electrify America program, investing tons of money into the electrical infrastructure. So far, Porsche says 190 dealerships have committed to offering electrical charging ports for the Taycan.
Porsche has decided on releasing the high-end variants of the EV first; The Taycan Turbo will start at $150,000 and the Turbo S will start at $185,000.
