Is The Porsche Taycan A Tesla Killer? Elon Musk Burns Porsche In Tweet

The Porsche Taycan is FINALLY here! The Porsche Taycan has been called the potential Tesla killer for years! Tesla short sellers like Jim Chanos have been talking about the Porsche Taycan for years even though it hadn't even come out. So we have to talk about if the porsche Taycan is a Tesla killer or not.

My opinion of this is... This has to be a joke! The Porsche taycan starts around $150,000! LMAO! Unless you are in the 1% you cannot even think about getting this electric car. This car competes with the Tesla model S in a super niche segment but is massively more expensive than the Tesla model s! The porsche taycan cannot even drive itself! All Teslas (even ones that start under 40k) have some sort of autopilot.

Elon musk has to be laughing so hard! We did see Elon Musk put out a funny tweet today in regards to the Porsche Taycan. He has to be laughing considering the taycan has a horrible range, a ridiculous price tag and no autopilot. You would have to really love the Porsche brand and be super rich to buy one of these things.

If any automaker wants to compete with Tesla and have a chance they need to come in with great cars, that look attractive, have self driving, have a ling range, and are in the 30k-60k price brackets. No one can even think about trying that which is why all these companies are falling at EVs. Nice try Porsche with the Taycan.... but try harder next time...
