When I saw a clip of someone walking on a very precarious ridge on Watzmann Mountain in the Bavarian Alps, it reminded me of how dizzying, unsettling and sometimes disheartening this current season called "pandemic" has felt. I found the background light tunnel which apparently helps with balance dexterity (every little bit helps!) . . . It takes courage and teamwork to navigate something like this - and none of us have done this before. Pandemic is hard. Please reach out for help when you need it.
