The Top 50 Paul McCartney Basslines!

Phew! This was a biggie, friends...

But it was also some of the most fun I've had with these videomaking shenanigans! Thanks to everyone who made the suggestion.

I always knew that Paul McCartney was a great bassist, but this little exercise gave me a renewed appreciation. Some of these parts were difficult to master!

It's also worth noting that there were a few bass parts on McCartney/Beatles recordings that couldn't make the list because it's not actually Paul playing (like "Taxman", "Old Brown Shoe", and "Somebody Who Cares").

I hope you enjoy watching this as much as I enjoyed making it. Please let me know if my bass correspondent and I left anything off the list that deserved a spot - McCartney has a HUGE back catalogue, and I'm sure I've left something out.
