The Beatles are coming back to the big screen—but this time, in a way we've never seen before!"
At CinemaCon 2025 in Las Vegas, Sam Mendes officially unveiled his ambitious vision: four separate biopics, each dedicated to one member of the Beatles, set to release in April 2028.
And now, the Fab Four have their stars! Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Harris Dickinson as John Lennon, Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr, and Joseph Quinn as George Harrison.
Mendes confirmed that all four films will be interconnected, each telling the Beatles' story from a different perspective. This groundbreaking approach is the first time Apple Corps Ltd. has fully authorized a major film project about the band's history, granting access to their life stories and iconic music.
Mendes, known for his work on '1917' and 'Skyfall,' promises an emotional, immersive experience that captures the essence of each band member.
He said “There had to be a way to tell the epic story for a new generation, I can assure you there is still plenty left to explore and I think we found a way to do that.”
The Beatles' legacy is about to be reimagined for a whole new generation.
