Just for fun ... :) I've always liked this cool little tune from McCartney's first solo album. My goal was to maintain the driving bass note, which is the pulse of the song, while simultaneously playing the melody and keeping it going over the solo section. And with a song like this you've got to take advantage of the percussive nature of the acoustic guitar (makes it even more fun). I might do a mini tutorial on this -- it's a good fingerpicking exercise to keep that thumb kicking the bass throughout. Thanks as always for listening!
