This is a clip from the Wings' concert at the Congresgebouw, The Hague, Netherlands on 21 August 1972 for the Wings Over Europe tour. The song "Hi Hi Hi" is on Wings' second album RED ROSE SPEEDWAY which was released in 1973. Paul is very hot in this performance.
