Liverpool was selected to be the European Capital of Culture for 2008. In connection with this award Paul played a one-off show at Anfield Stadium on on Sunday 1 June 2008. The gig was dubbed "The Liverpool Sound" and featured the Kaiser Chiefs and The Zutons as support acts.
Paul surprised everyone by opening his set with "The Hippy Hippy Shake" which is a song he used to sing live with The Beatles (a recording can be found on "Live at the BBC"). Originally recorded by Chan Romero in 1959.
Highlights from the concert were broadcast on BBC Radio 2 and that is the source of the audio you're hearing in this upload.
Enjoy!
