Paul McCartney talks about writing "Eleanor Rigby" and who inspired it. Paul was a boy scout before he was in The Beatles and he helped old ladies. He got to know one of these ladies and learned about her life and was inspired to write "Eleanor Rigby". There's even a brief story about the connection to the movie Psycho by Alfred Hitchcock. After adding strings to the song "Yesterday" Paul wanted to use them again on "Eleanor Rigby".
