Paul McCartney Beatles Give My Regards to Broad Street Memorabilia and Collectables

Here are some of my Paul McCartney 1984 Give My Regards to Broad Street collectable memorabilia items. I went to the British TV show Russell Harty, in November 1984 where Paul was on promotiong the film and he sorted tickets out for me to get into the show as I greeted him when he arrived at the studio and stepped out of his car. After the show he got his Chauffeur/PA John Hammel to stop the car, Paul wound hos window down signed my Broad street album and chatted for a while. I also went to Leicester Square in London for the Gala Preview showing and have many unpublished photos of celebrities arriving including Ringo, Sir George Martin, Brian May, Bill Wyman,Cilla and many other stars.

The film is not seen as a classic, and flopped at the cinema, but you can never fault the amazing music. The soundtrack Album hit #1 in the UK and the single No More Lonely Nights reached #2. At The Brit Awards in the UK Give My Regards to Broad Street was nominated for soundtrack album of the year, but lost out to Purple Rain by Prince. When the album Priginally came out ai bought it on vinyl and cassette as the tape had more music on. There are variations on the cd release, some with bonus tracks. The flim was released on Video, Laser Disc, video and Dvd, though in small quantities. Please like and subscribe as I will post more videos if enough people like and subscribe.
