The original (semi) classical inspiration for Blackbird and Jenny Wren was from J. S. Bach’s bouree in E non (bwv 966), as revealed by McCartney himself playing his Martin d-28 guitar (as you can see here) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7UWkn55ByGM
