Dozens of items belonging to musicians from Korean boyband BTS to Keith Richards were on display on Monday at Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills, ahead of their auction on January 30
The most coveted items belonged to the South Korean pop band BTS collection, which included the suits that its seven members wore at the 2021 Grammy Awards ceremony, along with three rings and a signed guitar.
Signed guitars from rock legends such as The Rolling Stones Keith Richards, Pearl Jam Eddie Vedder, Metallica James Hetfield or The Beatles Paul McCartney are also set to go under the hammer along with handwritten lyrics by Vedder, U2's Bono and Soundgarden Chris Cornell.
Stage-worn dresses from Amy Winehouse, Katy Perry or Dolly Parton are also part of the auction organised by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences nonprofit MusiCares to raise money for its charitable actions.
