This song is part 3 of my new series - “Open Tuning Songs”: “Blackbird” by Paul McCartney. This is my favorite Beatles song. Paul wrote and performed this song in standard G tuning. My version uses open G Tuning (D-G-D-G-B-D) and I perform it using my 1967 Martin D-18. (With a shout out to Seven C Music in Tampa for the bridge reset and refret job!) . Enjoy
