In February 1967, Beatles publicist Tony Barrow attended the orchestral session for "A Day in the Life" and wrote about it for KLRA Beat magazine. The Beatles turned the session into a "Happening" an invited many friends. Among the guests were Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Donovan, Marianne Faithfull, Anita Pallenberg and Mike Nesmith, among others.

Also, bonus info: Who was the hippie girl with the tambourine? Watch and find out.
