Laure Jacobson, her good friend, shared the sad news of her death on Saturday after taking her off life support.

"It is with great sadness that I report the death of Lisa Loring," she wrote on Facebook.

At six, Loring played Wednesday Addams, the depressed, dead-obsessed, piggy-tailed daughter of the Addams family. From 1964 to 1966, she played the role.

She starred as Wednesday Addams senior in Halloween with the New Addams Family in 1977.

With each decade, Wednesday Addams has been played by a different actress, including Christina Ricci, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Jenna Ortega in Netflix's latest adaptation.
