Frank Rosenthal is famously portrayed in the movie Casino by Robert DeNiro as Sam Rothstein. He was an associate of the Chicago Out and helped takeover Vegas in the 1970s. He was known as the nations best oddsmaker and revolutionized gaming in Las Vegas. He was a boyhood friend of Tony Spilotro.
